Hey everyone!
I recently attended a Transportation Research Conference. One item I was interested in was the effects of Automotive Emissions on cyclists.

Plantar Fasciitis! I am going to get rid of you yet!. I have been battling this for a while now. I have found stretching, using a Trigger Point kit and a foam roller works best. The key is constant vigiliance to keeping all the leg muscles loose and streched. I can feel things tightning up as I sit here and type. What a year!! I will have to say that 2011 will go down as one of the most memorable times of my life. Not only was I able to accomplish a feat that only a few folks are willing to embark, but I was also able to represent an organization that remains committed to providing humanitarian assistance throughout the globe. Went to the DC Triathlon Club's So You Want To Be An Ironman seminar. I was just going to get out after a tough week back at work and trying to work out again and through my broken pinky. Saw some good friends and turns out I really enjoyed the panel discussion and the particular perspectives that they provided. Adriana and Amanda did a great organizational job.
